Rachel is a Consultant Chartered Legal Executive within our Residential Conveyancing team with over 30 years experience. She specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including unregistered and probate property, Right to Buy, remortgages, transfers of equity and company property purchases.
Rachel started at a law firm at 18 as a receptionist and worked her way up to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2003. She has seen first-hand how conveyancing has transformed over the last 30 years and has consistently supported clients and third parties throughout those significant changes.
Over the last year, she has managed to provide training on the UK conveyancing process to conveyancers from South Africa and Sri Lanka.
Rachel prides herself on giving a personal service to each and every client.

Rachel has recently dealt with complex cases such as adverse possession claims for land, defective leases requiring deeds of variation, and homes being sold under court order.
