He regularly advises on leasehold matters with a practical and proportionate approach. Ramson also advises on transactions involving gifted deposits, ensuring lender and regulatory requirements are fully satisfied.
Ramson's approach is pragmatic and commercially focused, with a strong emphasis on anticipating issues early, managing risk, and ensuring transactions proceed smoothly without unnecessary delay, whilst protecting clients’ long-term interests.
Ramson has an LLB in Law from the University of Westminster and an MSc in Management from the Imperial College Business School.
