Experience includes managing both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, advising clients throughout the transaction process to ensure matters progress efficiently while maintaining clear communication with all parties involved, including estate agents, lenders, and managing agents.
Qualified as a solicitor in January 2024, Shafeena brings strong communication skills, work ethic, and the ability to adapt quickly. Known for a fair and empathetic approach, combined with a strategic and commercially minded outlook, Shafeena works to achieve practical and balanced outcomes for clients. The long-term goal is to continue developing legal knowledge and expertise to become a leading specialist in conveyancing.
Outside of work, Shafeena is actively involved in charitable activities and fundraising. This has included completing two half marathons and climbing Ben Nevis, an achievement that contributed to being awarded Volunteer of the Year 2025 for raising substantial funds.
Recent work examples include managing end-to-end sale transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, reviewing title documents, preparing contracts and transfer deeds (TR2), and coordinating with asset solicitors to achieve completion. Shafeena has also managed a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and transfers of equity through to completion.
