Shannan Dawson is a Consultant Conveyancer and assists clients with a wide range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity throughout England and Wales.

Shannan has experience helping first-time buyers, home movers, investors, landlords and limited companies navigate the conveyancing process with confidence. She understands that buying, selling or refinancing a property can be both exciting and stressful and is committed to making the process as straightforward and efficient as possible.

Known for her approachable manner, clear communication and proactive approach, Shannan works closely with clients and property professionals to keep transactions progressing smoothly from instruction through to completion. Clients value her prompt responses, regular updates and personal service, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the transaction.

Shannan holds an LLB (Hons) law degree from The Open University and is passionate about delivering a high standard of client care while building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency and results.

• Acted on the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential properties, guiding clients from instruction through to completion.

• Assisted clients with remortgage transactions, including lender requirements, title investigations and completion formalities.
