Simon Morgan is a solicitor specialising in commercial property, with extensive experience across agricultural, commercial and residential property. His legal career followed 16 years of service in the army, bringing a strong sense of duty and responsibility to the way he works with clients. Simon was among the first to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 1993 and, in 2009, became the first person to be awarded the Agricultural Law Association’s prestigious Fellowship. He also holds an LLM in agricultural law.
Simon is a property specialist with a particular interest and depth of experience in agricultural matters. He advises individuals on a wide range of property transactions. Simon has extensive commercial experience, giving him a broad understanding of the practical and legal issues that can affect property owners, businesses and rural clients. He also speaks German.
Simon brings a calm, straightforward and dependable approach to his work, with a strong focus on understanding what matters to each client and providing practical advice. His military training instilled in him a clear sense of duty, which continues to shape the way he represents and supports his clients. He aims to be someone clients can rely on throughout a matter, taking the time to explain issues clearly and ensuring they feel informed and properly supported. Building trust and long-term relationships is central to the way Simon works.
Outside of work, Simon likes to keep active outside the office, particularly through playing golf and real tennis.
