Theo has experience handling all stages of residential conveyancing transactions, from initial instruction through to completion. He regularly liaises with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to help ensure matters progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
He prides himself on providing an approachable and client-focused service, understanding that buying or selling a property can often be a stressful experience. Theo places great importance on clear communication, attention to detail, and maintaining positive relationships with all parties involved throughout the transaction process.
Recent work examples include assisting first-time buyers with the purchase of their first home, guiding the transaction from instruction through to completion, and acting on a leasehold sale involving the review of management information and the resolution of title enquiries.
Theo holds an LLB Law (Hons) degree and is currently undertaking the Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice. He has a particular interest in residential property transactions and enjoys helping clients navigate the conveyancing process with confidence.
