Tom Hopkins is a Licensed Conveyancer specialising in residential property, with a particular focus on auction transactions. Having worked in conveyancing for several years, he understands the importance of a smooth, efficient and well-managed property transaction. Tom holds the Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice, completed in 2022, and the CLC Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice, achieved in 2025. He is committed to providing a reliable, client-focused service that gives clients confidence throughout their property journey.

Tom works with both individual clients and businesses, supporting them with residential property transactions, particularly those involving auctions. His experience has given him a strong understanding of the practical demands of conveyancing and the importance of keeping transactions progressing efficiently. Tom combines his professional training with a careful, detail-orientated approach, ensuring that the key aspects of each transaction are handled accurately and thoroughly.
