Trystan Davies is a Solicitor in the Residential Property team, advising individuals across West Wales on all aspects of buying, selling and owning a home. With more than five years’ post‑qualification experience and over eight years working exclusively in residential property, he brings a calm, reassuring and practical approach to every matter. Trystan supports clients ranging from first‑time buyers to experienced movers, helping them navigate the process with clarity and confidence. He is bilingual in Welsh and English, enabling clients to discuss important decisions in the language they feel most comfortable using.
Trystan studied the GDL and LPC at Cardiff University before completing his training contract. He has since worked within respected high‑street firms in West Wales, gaining strong experience across residential sales and purchases, first‑time buyer transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity. His background includes handling rural, coastal and town‑centre property, giving him a detailed understanding of the varied issues that arise in the local market. Clients value his ability to explain matters clearly, anticipate potential challenges and guide them through each stage with steady, practical advice.
Trystan is known for his approachable and highly communicative working style. He intentionally maintains a lower caseload, ensuring every client receives the time, care and attention their matter deserves. This allows him to provide consistent updates, proactive guidance and a genuinely personal service. He offers flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends, and regularly carries out home visits across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.
Outside the office, Trystan enjoys judo, hiking through West Wales and beyond along with travelling.
