Ahranei Sivananthan is a Newly Qualified Solicitor in our Residential Property team, specialising in first time buyer transactions, remortgage work, and leasehold conveyancing. Having completed her training contract at another firm before joining Taylor Rose, Ahranei brings well-rounded conveyancing experience and a genuine commitment to helping clients navigate what can often be one of life's most significant transactions. She holds an LLB and LPC, and also speaks Tamil — enabling her to support a broader range of clients in their preferred language.
Ahranei acts for a mix of individual and business clients across a wide variety of residential property transactions. Her experience spans the full conveyancing process, from straightforward purchases and remortgages through to more complex leasehold and share of freehold matters. During her training, she developed particular confidence handling high-value transactions, giving her a strong foundation in managing the details and pressures that come with significant property deals.
Ahranei's approach is defined by thoroughness and a genuine warmth that puts clients at ease from the very first conversation. Outside the office, Ahranei is a passionate baker and a regular at the gym. She also has a creative streak that finds expression in interior decorating and balloon styling — bringing the same meticulous attention to detail to her personal projects that she applies to every client matter.
