He has a particular expertise in New Build Plot purchases as well as Buy to Let transactions. Ajay is able to deal with complex issues ranging from group debentures through to unregistered residential property.
Ajay graduated with a 2:1 from Staffordshire University in 2015, and then completed the Legal Practice Course there in 2016. Subsequently he qualified as a Solicitor in 2021 from a medium sized firm in the West Midlands.
Ajay is the founder of The Whistle Foundation. A charity that was founded in the West Midlands with the aim of Bringing Sport to Every Child. Regardless of a child's limitations, the charity will provide them with sporting provision in any capacity.
