Ajla is a Litigation Executive with a law degree from the University of Derby and a Legal Practice Course qualification from the University of Law in York.
Ajla has specialised in personal injury law for over 15 years, since graduating from university. Her practice spans the full spectrum of personal injury work, including complex litigation, allegations of misrepresentation and fraud, claims involving complex or unusual injuries, multiple claimant claims, and, on occasion, client complaint files, across a varied portfolio of claims and case types. She focuses in particular on higher-value fast-track and lower-value multi-track litigation and is well placed to assist with claims arising from road traffic accidents, public and occupier's liability and accidents at work.
She also handles clinical negligence claims, including high-value matters involving failure to treat adequately, failure to diagnose, and failure to obtain informed consent, spanning injuries to both body and mind.
