Alex Woodcock qualified as a Fellow of the Royal Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in January 2020 and has a wealth of conveyancing experience, having specialised in this area of law for 9 years. He has built up a large network of clients and referrers in this time and has a reputation for being one the most popular and personable conveyancers in the city.
In his previous role, Alex was recruited to build a new conveyancing department from the ground up, for a law firm based in Liverpool City Centre. Alex spent almost 5 years at the firm and played a pivotal role in the law firm becoming recognised as one of Liverpool’s most reputable property departments.
After five successful years in this burgeoning department Alex decided to leave his role as Head of Property to start a new chapter working as a consultant for Taylor Rose.
With specialisms in all areas of Residential Property including; sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), purchases of land, purchases of freehold interests, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, right to buy, new build purchases and unregistered land, Alex is more than capable and would be delighted to assist you in whatever property related query you might have.
