Amber is a consultant conveyancer in our residential team and has been working in conveyancing since 2013. She holds a CILEX Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice and is a CILEX Member – Advanced Paralegal (MCILEX).
She has extensive experience acting for developers in plot sales and site set-ups, as well as representing new build purchasers, giving her valuable insight into both sides of the transaction.
Amber also advises purchasers of new build apartments, including support with LISAs and HTB ISAs.
In addition, she acts for developers selling their new build properties and is experienced in reviewing transfers of part and new leases.
