Anandakrishnan (Anand) is a Dual-jurisdiction qualified Solicitor. Enrolled as a Solicitor in 2017, Anandakrishnan has a degree in Business and Law from Symbiosis Law School Pune and an LLM in International Business Law from University College London.
Anandakrishnan has over 15 years of experience in both Commercial and Residential Property Law transactions. He joined Taylor Rose in 2021 into the Residential Property Department initially at Kingston and currently in Wimbledon.
Anandakrishnan deals with a variety of clients from First Time Buyers to experienced Investors homeowners and Landlords; is specialised in all aspects of non contentious property transactions.
Recent work examples include:
Successfully completing a Loan facility worth £20 million involving a Portfolio of 15 properties.
Completed a chain transaction involving 10 transactions acting for a First- time buyer and a homeowner at the same time in separate parts of the Chain.
Cash Purchase transaction with a value over £2.5 million completed within the Client’s prescribed timeframe in a prominent residential Estate in London.
