Andrew is a Consultant at Taylor Rose. He qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has throughout his career focused on dispute resolution, employment law and company and commercial work across a panoply of industry sectors, representing individuals, large companies and public bodies. He acts for claimants and defendants and has enjoyed great success in alternative dispute resolution, such as mediations and arbitrations. In employment law he has represented and defended employers and employees in a wide range of disputes, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and contract breach. His particular sectors of expertise include film and media, vehicle hire and more generally asset recovery and civil fraud-related actions.

Andrew has successfully represented a high profile celebrity in connection with the News of the World phone hacking case, the notable case of the “Dubai Sex on the Beach” couple, the successful party in the case of Feldaroll v Hermes (about the unenforceability of certain exclusion clauses) and represented the prevailing parties in a £150 million asset ownership dispute, against the SFO and 46 other parties. In 2022 he secured a judgment against an individual of just under £1 billion!

Andrew has previously operated or owned his own law practices over the years and operates exclusively in Taylor Rose as a consultant solicitor.
