Angela is a Consultant Solicitor. She qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and has many years’ experience across several areas of law, having run general high street practices from 1996 to 2021. More recently, her work has focused on family law, unmarried couples, wills, probate, and property, particularly where these areas overlap.
Angela obtained a BSc (Hons) in Law and Economics from Brunel University in 1984, followed by the Legal Practice Course at Guildford Law College in 1985. She later gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Greenwich University in 1994 and subsequently taught law to further education students.
She offers a holistic approach to matters, particularly where property issues arise within family or probate cases.
Angela works with clients from all backgrounds and is happy to meet in person for a more hands-on and personal service, or remotely where preferred. Home visits can be arranged when needed. She is able to act swiftly according to the circumstances of each case.
As a qualified teacher, Angela has developed strong communication skills, enabling her to understand both the client and their legal issues in depth. Her economics background ensures she remains mindful of delivering value for money in every matter.
With over 30 years of practice experience across different areas of law, she brings a broad and integrated perspective, allowing her to identify and advise on potential issues that may not be immediately apparent. Angela ran a highly successful legal aid practice in Hackney from 1997 to 2021 before becoming a consultant.
