He has particular expertise in acting for developers in commercial, residential and industrial development. This includes the acquisition of potential development sites and the drafting and advising on terms of Option Agreement, Conditional Contracts and Overage Provisions.
He acts for a number of developers in acquiring properties for subdivision into flats, setting up standard leasehold documentation and Management Company structures and has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial lease terms including FRI leases and the assignment of commercial leases.
Anton acts for high net worth clients in residential purchases, advising clients in respect of bridging finance or other complex financial arrangements.
Anton was director of property for 5 years at Taylor Rose, overseeing the firm's growth into the largest provider of conveyancing services in the UK. He was part of the law society consultation on the most recent updates to the transaction forms and contributed to the additional legislation required in respect of extended leases following the enactment of the Building Safety Act 2022.

Outside of work Anton enjoys rock climbing, mountaineering, playing cricket and football. He also enjoys outdoor holidays.
