Arabella is a Solicitor in our Residential Property team, advising individuals and businesses on a wide range of residential property matters. She has experience acting for first-time buyers, investors and property developers, with particular expertise in new-build purchases, buy-to-let transactions and re-financing. Arabella trained at a London based law firm before joining Taylor Rose shortly after qualifying. She combines technical knowledge with a practical, client-focused approach to help clients navigate property transactions with confidence.

Arabella’s experience covers a broad range of residential property transactions, supporting clients through the process from initial instruction through to completion. She acts for both individuals and businesses, including property developers, first-time buyers and investors, and understands the different priorities that each client brings to a transaction. Her work includes new-build purchases, buy-to-let matters and re-financing, where careful attention to detail and clear communication are particularly important. Arabella’s commercial perspective enables her to understand the wider objectives behind a transaction and provide advice that is both practical and focused on achieving those objectives.

Arabella takes a commercial, transparent and flexible approach to working with clients. She believes in keeping clients informed at every stage, explaining matters clearly and making herself available to address questions or concerns as they arise. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each client and adapts her approach accordingly, helping to make what can often be a complex process feel straightforward and manageable. Her focus is on building trusted, long-term relationships and delivering a positive experience alongside a high-quality legal service.

Outside of work, Arabella enjoys painting and cycling, which provide a creative and active balance to her professional life.
