Brian qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 having previously spent many years in the financial IT area working on banking and large projects.
Brian acts for both the Landlord and Tenant in various aspects of property actions ranging from lease extensions, purchases, sales, rights of first refusal to freehold enfranchisement. His Litigation experience includes possession proceedings, rent arrears debt recovery and commercial dispute resolution.
He has advised on and prepared commercial leases and acted in the purchase and sale of premises. Previous experience includes in-depth knowledge of Settlement agreements and he advises employees on the terms of their departure, including legal issues arising with director service contracts. He has also drafted the staff contracts for businesses advising on the implications of the contract for both employer and employee.
