Brian qualified in 1988 and has been practising as a solicitor mainly specializing in conveyancing and property transactions for over 30 years.
He attended the College of Law in London before completing his training/articles in London. After qualification, Brian moved to Manchester where he initially worked for a city centre practice acting for developers and private clients in many and varied property transactions before setting up his own successful firm in south Manchester.
He has dealt with many different types of transaction including leasehold, freehold, residential and commercial for properties across England and Wales for owner occupiers and investors.
