Collette is a Consultant. She qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2012 but was working in the conveyancing team as a fee earner prior to this.
She started working in a Solicitors office as a Secretary when she was 18 and eventually decided she would like to take her career further so started her training to be a Legal Executive when she was 30, whilst working full time and being a single mother to two small children.
