Daliesha Mithal is a Solicitor in our Civil Litigation team, specialising in trespass matters, Ground 2 possession claims, and general possession proceedings. With over six years’ experience in civil litigation, she works closely with businesses navigating disputes across the small claims, fast track, and multi-track courts. Daliesha completed her training contract with Creative Car Park Limited and has built a strong reputation for providing practical, commercially minded advice. She holds an LLB from the University of Greenwich and completed her LLM alongside her training contract with the University of Law.
Daliesha has extensive experience acting for businesses involved in civil disputes and possession-related matters throughout the UK. She has attended over 100 small claims hearings nationwide, giving her clients the benefit of substantial hands-on litigation experience and a confident understanding of court procedure. Her work includes advising on trespass claims, possession proceedings, and wider civil litigation matters, always with a focus on achieving efficient and effective outcomes for clients. Daliesha combines technical knowledge with a practical approach, helping clients understand their options clearly at every stage of the process.
