Dan has a BA Honours Degree in Law and Accountancy from Brighton University and over 20 years’ experience as a Litigator. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Dan advises on all aspects of civil litigation, and enforcement of debt. He focuses mainly on contractual disputes for consumers and businesses, acting for them in both a Claimant and Defendant capacity. His detailed knowledge of procedure is such that he is often called upon to assist in larger, complex matters and is now co-opted into the Professional Negligence Department in this capacity.
Dan is responsible for managing insurance client relationships and leading a successful insurance litigation team including providing training for clients and colleagues alike.
