David qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and currently heads the Defendant Personal Injury Department in the London office.

He has almost 20 years experience within the personal injury sector acting for both Claimants and Defendants.  David has dealt with claims of the most serious and complex nature including brain injury and loss of limbs.  He also has a long history in dealing with sports injury claims and golfing injuries are a particular interest to him.

In acting for both Claimants and Defendants David has obtained a balanced understanding of this area of law, and is acutely aware that it is in the interest of both parties to achieve a fair settlement at the earliest possible opportunity.

As part of David’s role of Head of Department he is responsible for assisting and supervising other members of the department as well as collating and reporting Management Information to insurer clients.

Most of David’s spare time is spent with his young family, however he still tries to find the time for the occasional round of golf or game of football.
