Denise Mckeown

Partner - Clinical negligence

Denise qualified as a solicitor in November 1995 and initially worked in the North of England before joining the injury department of McMillan Williams in 1996. She became a partner in 2007.

Denise has a degree in Law from the University of Northumbria, where she also completed the Law Society Final Exams.

Denise specialises in Clinical Negligence claims. Her experience ranges from moderate injuries, where a full recovery is made, to cases involving catastrophic injuries resulting in permanent disabilities with a need for ongoing lifetime care and assistance and fatal injuries.

She is relentless in her pursuit of achieving the maximum amount of compensation in the shortest possible time. She appreciates that injuries not only affect the injured party but that they also have a dramatic effect on their family and friends. She strives to make sure that the claims process is as stress-free as possible for the Claimant ensuring that the Claimant receives the maximum amount of support and rehabilitation. She ensures that clients with catastrophic injuries receive a substantial, early interim payment to enable them and their families to have funding available for the provision of support, rehabilitation, care and accommodation.
