Elda is a Solicitor in the Residential Property team at Taylor Rose, advising clients across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. Having qualified in March 2022 following the completion of her training contract, she joined Taylor Rose in May 2022 and has since built a strong reputation for delivering an exceptional client experience. Elda works with individuals, businesses and personal representatives, guiding them through property transactions with professionalism, efficiency and care. Fluent in both English and Turkish, she is committed to making the legal process as straightforward and accessible as possible for every client.
Elda has experience handling a wide variety of residential property matters, including new build purchases, deeds of variation, staircasing transactions and auction sales and purchases. She also advises on property transactions connected with probate matters, working closely with clients to ensure each matter progresses smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail and proactive approach help minimise delays and keep transactions moving forward.
