Elouise graduated from Queen Mary, University of London in 2019 with First Class Honours in Law, and first joined our Clinical Negligence team as a Paralegal in January 2021. She started her formal training to qualify as a solicitor with us in August 2022 and will complete a series of exams over the next 2 years alongside completing a period of Qualifying Work Experience.
Elouise assists on a wide range of cases involving maximum severity birth claims, negligent surgery claims and delay in diagnosis claims. She is also managing her own case concerning a fatal claim. She has attended and assisted with 3 Inquests through our Clinical Negligence and Civil Litigation teams and enjoys witnessing the negotiation stage of claims where compensation amounts are agreed.
Elouise enjoys handling New Client Enquiries and is passionate about making sure clients feel at ease when discussing what can sometimes be the most difficult times of their lives. She has a particular interest in claims involving mismanagement of injuries suffered by women during childbirth, and reassures all clients that they should never feel embarrassed about seeking legal advice, no matter what the issue relates to.
