Ihsan is an aspiring conveyancing solicitor with over five years’ experience in residential property transactions and is due to qualify in 2025. He holds an LLB degree and a Master’s from Leeds Beckett University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Leeds. Throughout his training contract, Ihsan gained extensive hands-on experience and developed strong expertise across a wide range of conveyancing matters.

He also assists council and housing association tenants, including single parents and retirees, in exercising their Right to Buy or Right to Acquire options, helping them secure their homes with confidence.
In addition, Ihsan advises investors and buyers involved in auction sales and purchases, offering expert review of legal packs before bidding and managing fast, efficient completions tailored to buy-to-let investors and property developers.
