Her expertise includes the grant and renewal of business leases, mixed-use buildings, developments, option agreements, overages, leasehold enfranchisement, shared ownerships, equity release, remortgages/refinancing and general sales and purchases.
Joan has excellent communication skills and provides high quality focused and relevant advice to her clients.
In her spare time Joan enjoys reading, sewing and is a first aider. She is involved in charitable work in her local community.
