With over a decade of experience in residential conveyancing, Kam is a Conveyancer based in our Peterborough office. After graduating from university, he began his career at a small conveyancing firm, where he developed and progressed over several years before joining Taylor Rose in 2025.
Throughout his career, Kam has successfully handled more than 1,000 freehold and leasehold transactions, acting for a wide range of clients including first-time buyers, investment purchasers, and company buyers.
Kam has extensive experience dealing with grant of probate sales and purchases, as well as assisting first-time buyers through the complexities of purchasing their first home. He also acts for clients purchasing properties through limited companies, assisting with lender requirements and Companies House considerations where necessary.
Kam holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management & Enterprise together with a Master’s degree in Risk Management. Alongside his practical experience, he remains committed to continuous professional development by keeping up to date with changes in regulation and industry practice through Law Society publications and attendance at conveyancing conferences.
