Kate attended the University of Warwick and completed the Graduate Diploma of Law and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law York.
She won the Hertfordshire Law Society prize for the highest Legal Practice Course score in the county. She qualified as a solicitor in 2012 having completed a training contract at a firm in St Albans. Following this, she gained experience at a firm in the City of London, further developing her expertise in charity property law.
Kate specialises in providing advice to commercial, agricultural and charity property clients and prides herself on being approachable and friendly as well as providing quality legal advice. She has acted for clients including landed estates and farms, national charities, unions and businesses of all sizes.
