Kate is a Consultant Conveyancer who has specialised in new build shared ownership transactions for many years. She has been Head of New build and Shared ownership at her last two firms before joining Taylor Rose.
A large number of her clients are first time buyers starting out on the property ladder or later in life clients. Her clients are very varied and she enjoys getting to know their situation and assisting them with their purchase, sale, re-mortgage, stair casing transactions throughout their period of property ownership.
