Katie has a diploma in administrative procedures and has previously spent 15 years working in customer service. Katie is responsible for investigating and organising resolutions in response to client complaints.
She is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and believes firmly in delivering an excellent customer experience.
In addition to complaints management, Katie coordinates actions in response to feedback and surveys in order to continually improve the client experience. Through her complaint investigations she aims to make the process as efficient as possible with effective resolutions in place.
