Kerrie completed her Legal Practice Course at the Nottingham Law School and qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. Her experience in Dispute Resolution places her at an advantage when advising clients on Private Client matters.
Kerrie is well equipped to combine her Commercial Litigation experience with her Private Client knowledge, thus providing a full service in non-contentious Private Client matters.
Kerrie’s expertise in Private Client matters include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Planning and Declarations of Trust including discretionary trusts. She understands how thoughtful planning can assist her clients in preparing for their future and thrives in drafting tailor-made Trust Wills that are crucial in the prevention of unnecessary losses.
