Lee is Chief Commercial Officer at Taylor Rose and a member of the firm's senior leadership team. He has overall responsibility for the firm's commercial performance across both Direct Services and Indirect Services - the latter being one of the UK's largest consultant lawyer programmes.
In this role, Lee works closely with the CEO and divisional heads to drive growth and commercial strategy across the firm's core practice areas, including Property & Private Client, Dispute Resolution, and Corporate Commercial. He is a passionate advocate for using technology, data, and AI as genuine competitive advantages - both in the delivery of legal services and in the day-to-day experience of lawyers and clients.
Prior to his appointment as Chief Commercial Officer, Lee served as Commercial Director for Direct Services at Taylor Rose. Before joining the firm, he was Managing Partner of the London office of a Top 70, full service national law firm.
Prior to taking up management roles, Lee was a practising lawyer specialising in white collar and serious crime. He is a Solicitor with Higher Rights of Audience and has appeared as an advocate in both the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal.
Lee studied Law at King's College London and is an alumnus of the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School.
