Maisie graduated from the University of Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science, and has previously worked in retail and customer service. Having enjoyed learning about the legal aspects in her degree, she has become a part of the Client Care team, which aims to improve the client care experience by resolving complaints efficiently and collecting data.
As a client care co-ordinator, Maisie is responsible for impartially investigating and organising resolutions of client complaints alongside recording and engaging with online reviews of the business. Maisie also collects and relays feedback from client reviews for the improvement of client experience.
Whilst studying at university, Maisie developed a methodical and analytical mindset which is imperative for the investigative nature of the role.
