Monica is a Solicitor in the Residential Property team at Taylor Rose, based in the Carter Lane office in London. She advises clients on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Monica works with first-time buyers, homeowners, landlords and investors, providing clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s individual needs and circumstances.
After completing her LLB at the University of Westminster, Monica went on to achieve both her LPC and Masters in Law at Birmingham City University before securing a training contract. She is known for her approachable manner, attention to detail and commitment to delivering a smooth and positive client experience.
Monica places great importance on clear communication and responsiveness, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the transaction process. Clients value her calm, personable approach and her ability to make what can often be a stressful process feel more manageable.
