Nisha is a Private Client Consultant at Taylor Rose. She is associated with our Peterborough office, but also covers the following areas - Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Birmingham, Coventry, Newark and Sheffield.
Nisha advises high-net-worth clients on structuring their estates to mitigate inheritance tax liabilities through strategic use of lifetime gifts, trusts and business reliefs. This includes setting up discretionary and life interest trusts, advising on the use of nil-rate bands, and working closely with financial advisers and accountants to ensure a cohesive estate plan.
Additionally, she guides executors and families through all aspects of estate administration following a death, from obtaining probate to identifying assets, paying liabilities and distributing estates. Whether the estate is simple or complex, she provides a calm, professional presence during what is often a very difficult time.

Administering a high-value estate with overseas assets and inheritance tax complexities, securing available reliefs and establishing a discretionary trust for minor beneficiaries.
Managing an intestate estate requiring the involvement of professional genealogists to identify and trace lawful heirs.
Advised on and prepared an urgent Deputyship Order with the Court of Protection following a client’s sudden loss of mental capacity, including serving notices, liaising with medical professionals and obtaining mental capacity reports.
