Obadah graduated with a LLB (Hons) in Law at the University of Lincoln and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. He qualified as a solicitor in 2017. He has over 5 years experience in residential conveyancing and probate matters.
As regards to his residential property experience he undertakes instructions from medium to high-net-worth clients involving all aspects of a sale, purchase, re-mortgage as well as transfer of equity transactions.
In relation to his private client experience he undertakes drafting Wills, preparing applications for the Grant of Probate and Administration of Estates as well as assisting with Lasting Powers of Attorney.
He is also fluent in Arabic.
