Paul qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and since then has accrued a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential property.
As well as assisting clients in their sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold property, Paul regularly acts for clients in their re-mortgage, transfers of equity, preparing declarations of trust and dealings with unregistered land. Paul also acts for both Landlords and Tenants in lease extensions.
Paul advises several developers in the sales of plots at developments all over the UK, including several large scale PRS developments and also has extensive experience in advising clients acquiring new-build properties.
Paul’s calm and collected approach to any transaction coupled with a simple philosophy of “one goal” has led to many repeat clients and a strong following, both in the North East and nationally. Paul prides himself on providing a swift, proactive, personalised service to his clients, acknowledging that he often acts at one of the most stressful time of their lives, striving to meet the requirements of his clients.
Prior to joining Taylor Rose, Paul was a Partner and Head of one of the largest residential property units in the North East of England.
