Phil qualified as a Solicitor in 1997. His experience in commercial property and development has seen him act for national retailers, Morrisons, The Works, Ponden Mill and Arcadia as well as Coral Bookmakers. He was recognised for his work with FTSE 100 companies including Sage and Northern Rock.  His public sector clients have included Allerdale Council, West and Eastern Hull PCT’s and Nottinghamshire Council and he has acted for developers including Persimmon, Miller Homes and Barrett Homes. 

He acts for smaller clients also and brings his significant experience into their transactions helping them get the results they need without causing delay or excess costs..

He has a lot of experience acting for pension funds managing and changing their portfolios.  He acts for a number of smaller landlord and pub group clients enabling them to benefit from his extensive experience in those areas.
