Rashpal graduated from the University of East London in 2001 with an Upper Class Honours Degree in Law, attained a Masters Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from University College London in 2002 and completed her Legal Practising Certificate at the University of Westminster in 2006.

Prior to being admitted as a Solicitor in 2010 Rashpal worked in local government regulation. Rashpal has worked in North Kent, specialising in commercial and residential property and private client since 2006. Rashpal has over ten years experience as a solicitor having worked in the legal industry for over 16 years.

Rashpal has experience as a CQS supervisor and has  managed all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, Private Client, Trusts and general Commercial work, including high value complex cases. Rashpal also has over 5 years of executive management and has previously been responsible for the management of over 10 offices across Kent. Rashpal has worked for high profile international companies during her training and following qualification. Rashpal works with high net worth clients and provides advice and assistance to local charities as part of her commitment to the local community. Rashpal has extensive experience and is known for her client focused approach and tenacity for obtaining results.
