Rizwan has 8 years of practical experience in residential conveyancing and has been qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer since early 2020. Areas of experience would include freeholds, leaseholds, new builds and shared ownerships.
Rizwan graduated from Coventry University in 2013 with a bachelors in LLB Law. He then started a training programme with a large conveyencing firm.
Rizwan then went on to study Level 6 CLC Licensed Conveyancing in 2017 and later qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2020.
Rizwan has acted for various clients, including first time buyers, investors and high net worth conveyancing. He has also worked with recommenders such as Connells and Your Move and maintained strong branch relationships.
Rizwan has vast experience in residential conveyancing, successfully completing over 500 residential conveyancing matters within the last 8 years.
