Trish is an experienced Consultant Solicitor who qualified in 2017, having dedicated her career exclusively to conveyancing since 2012. Given her extensive background in the sector, specialising in residential property law was a natural evolution. Having worked across both multi-national corporations and boutique high-street practices, she has developed an exceptional wealth of industry knowledge and cultivated a robust network of loyal clients and professional referrers.
Throughout her career, Trish has continually refined her expertise across a diverse range of property transactions. She possesses vast technical experience and is particularly well-known for her ability to untangle complex, "messy" legal titles with absolute precision.
Prior to transitioning to her current consultancy role, Trish successfully managed a dedicated team of six conveyancers and support staff. In this leadership position, she played a pivotal role in driving team success through comprehensive training while spearheading the firm's client and referrer relationship strategies. Today, she brings that high-level expertise, leadership experience, and independent drive to her practice at Taylor Rose.
