Victor is a Consultant Conveyancing Executive in our residential property team, with 5 years’ conveyancing experience.
He has managed purchases for first-time buyers, including negotiating with freeholders and resolving complex lease queries to ensure smooth completions. He also has experience in the sale of residential freeholds, coordinating with mortgage lenders and estate agents to complete transactions within a tight six-week timeframe. In addition, Victor has assisted landlords with buy-to-let purchases, overseeing all legal checks, drafting tenancy agreements, and advising on landlord obligations.
