Wendy started her legal career straight from college in 1986 and has worked primarily in Residential Conveyancing ever since, working her way up the legal ladder from Junior Secretary, Legal Assistant and was then promoted to a Fee Earning position in 2007. After re-locating from Manchester to Derby in 2015, she did locum work for one year and commenced her CLC Course. She joined a local firm in Derby and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2021 and was extremely proud to be invited to become a Director at John M Lewis & Co.
Wendy specialises in all aspects of property transactions, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity and Auction properties.
Wendy always aims to provide an efficient and personal service for all her clients and is regularly recommended bgy the local Estate Agents and previous clients.
