Her clients range from owner-managed businesses to larger corporates, all of whom value her clear, practical guidance.

Zahra trained and qualified as a Solicitor in the Corporate team of a top UK law firm, where she gained broad experience across property litigation, corporate real estate, corporate, commercial, and tax work — a background that gives her a genuinely business-focused perspective on legal advice. Since joining Taylor Rose, she has continued to focus on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales (both share and asset), shareholders' agreements, and articles of association. Zahra is particularly experienced in helping businesses navigate ownership changes and structuring arrangements that protect their long-term interests.
