Zoë’s legal career began in 2003, as an Assistant Case Handler at a national law firm, in residential conveyancing.
Zoë qualified as a Solicitor in 2007, in Birmingham City Centre, specialising in commercial property matters, later moving in-house, looking after a large portfolio of commercial properties in Birmingham City Centre for a commercial landlord.
Zoë also worked in Herefordshire, as Head of Department, dealing with agricultural properties, woodlands (including Woodland Grants), fishing rights, unregistered titles, promotion agreements and applications for possessory title and to determine boundaries following boundary disputes.
Zoë has a very broad knowledge of residential and commercial matters, including rural and agricultural properties, buy to let properties, holiday lets, commercial landlord and tenant work and commercial and residential conveyancing (value up to £7 million). Zoë joined Taylor Rose MW in 2020.
