Alena has acted for a wide range of clients, such as first-time buyers, property investors, separating couples, clients upsizing or downsizing, and executors.

Transactions include freehold sales, purchases, leasehold sales, leasehold purchases, new build purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and non-statutory lease extensions.

Alena has been specialising in residential property conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. She helps clients with the sales and purchases of flats, townhouses, new builds, country houses, and bungalows located anywhere in England and Wales.

After obtaining an LLB (Hons), Alena completed LPC at The College of Law in London and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2010 at a London law firm. Alena also qualified as a Notary Public in 2011, having completed a Post-graduate Diploma in Notarial Practice course at the University of Cambridge.

Alena knows how important it is to keep clients updated on the progress of their conveyancing matter, and she prides herself in providing a proactive and bespoke service, ensuring completion is smooth and as quick as possible.

Alena offers residential property services throughout England and Wales. Face-to-face visits can be arranged in and around West Sussex, at locations convenient to clients.

In addition to being a Consultant Solicitor, Alena is authorised to deal with documents for use in foreign countries which may need to be notarised or legalised.
