Atshaam has been with the firm since 2017 and qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and has been working in Residential Property team between 2017 to 2024 and now has returned in 2025 after a year away. Atshaam has a degree in Law LLB, Legal Practise Course (LPC) and Master (LLM) from Nottingham Trent University. Atshaam did seats in Residential Property, Commercial Property and Civil Litigation, and has a strong interest in developing his skillset in Residential Property. He has quickly gained experience in this area, successfully advising on diverse property matters.
He has dealt with numerous clients who required simple re-mortgages to either move to a different lenders for better rates or raise funds for personal reasons on further investments; both sales and purchases matter, whether it be a stand alone matter or in a long chain.
Additionally, he has dealt with transactions where instructed by a Company clients for either sales or purchase of their first property in the company name or who were looking to add to their property portfolio. This includes dealing with removal and registration of charges at companies house along with the intricacies relating mortgage conditions.
